Step 1 : is the hub registered? You can check this via this link . If the hub is registered, click on 'to the service form' and complete the service form.
If not registered -> go to step 2
Step 2 : Register the hub via this link . After registering, you will receive a response that the registration request has been received. After about 5 days you will receive an email that the registration has been completed. It will then take another 24 hours until the registration is processed at Rohloff. Then go to step 1
