NEW PROCEDURE!
Step 1 : Contact us regarding the problem (by phone or email).
Step 2: Fill in the service form and add the purchase invoice. Based on the problem and the date of purchase, we can determine whether the repair is covered by warranty or goodwill or is payable.
The hub no longer needs to be registered in advance by the customer (but it is recommended: registration form ).
Without an added purchase invoice, the repair is always payable. If a purchase invoice appears after the repair (up to max. 1 month after the repair) which would entitle you to a guarantee or courtesy repair, an administrative cost of € 30 will be charged.
As soon as we receive the service form, we will contact you to collect the wheel. Never send a wheel yourself without first contacting us.
